You can upload your images directly on the product page using the file upload option before adding the item to your cart. Make sure your images are clear and high resolution for the best print quality. Also, use the crop option while uploading the photos to ensure the images are properly centered based on the product selected.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location in India. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Yes! Our site offers a preview feature before you complete your purchase, allowing you to see how your image will appear on the magnet.

Absolutely! Just reach out to us with your previous order ID and we’ll help you reorder the same magnets.

If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been manufactured, we will not be able to make any changes.

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for large orders and gifting options for special occasions like weddings, baby showers, and festivals. Contact us for a custom quote.

Our magnets are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend keeping them away from direct water exposure to preserve the print quality.

Currently, we ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Since all our products are custom-made, orders are not refundable. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you before production begins.
